Reel #4

The Regulars' Wall

Hook — First 1.5s
"She's been ordering this since 2019."
Visual Concept

Open on a polaroid photo pinned to a cork wall behind the counter — a smiling regular holding a dish. Pan across a wall of similar photos. Cut to present-day: that same person walks in, greeted by name. Track the dish being made with visible care. End on a new polaroid being pinned up.

Script Framework
Open (0–2s)Tight shot on a faded polaroid. Text: "She's been ordering this since 2019." Warm, lo-fi ambient music.
Build (2–10s)Quick pan across 20+ polaroids (each a regular + their dish). Door chime sounds — cut to the actual regular entering. Staff calls her name. Cut to her usual order being prepared — the cook doesn't check a ticket. Smooth overhead shot of the dish coming together from memory.
Payoff (10–15s)Dish delivered. She smiles — "You always know." New polaroid snaps. It's pinned to the wall next to the old one. Text: "Some people aren't customers. They're family."
Why It Works

Community-belonging narrative triggers the aspirational desire to be a regular somewhere — viewers save the reel as a "place to try" bookmark and share it as a recommendation.
